Elleray for sale

🌟 Exciting Opportunity: Own a Piece of Windermere School History! 🏫✨ As we move our Junior School onto the Senior campus, Mr Peter Hogan, our Chair of Governors, has issued this letter:
Elleray campus
Elleray campus

Following on from the announcement that the Governors have decided to move to a single site at the Browhead campus it is our intention to sell the Elleray estate. All funds will be used in entirety by the school and no third-party organisation or individuals will benefit financially from this sale.

The school has already received several interesting offers as well as expressions of interest from several individuals and companies. However we are now beginning the process to move to completion of the sale. The first part of this sale process will be the receiving of more detailed expressions of interest, enabling the Governors to create a shortlist of potential buyers. From this shortlist we will work with each party to enable a sale that is in the best interests of the school.

For anyone interested in the sale, the details of the Request for Information are available from the Bursar, Mr Richard Hennah. We request that any interested party should participate in this Sealed Bid Request for Information and submit their offer by 17:00 on Friday 4 October.
